“yep she will be there!”
Britney’s “Womanizer” is nominated for Best Dance recording.

Oh, and one more thing. Chloe Woods, who APPARENTLY works for Jive, recently tweeted the following message:
“oh, I also have a question for you Britney fans…are ya’ll ready? ;) u guys, know what I mean xo”
A fan proceeded to ask her whether Britney would be performing or just attending, to which Chloe replied:
“well that’s a secret, I can’t tell :) but she’s appearing 100%, so just wait and see, but it’s gonna be HUGE lol”
I just gotta say, DON’T get your hopes up too high. We still don’t know how reliable this chick is, so I guess y’all are just gonna have to watch and see what happens…
Jessica Sutta, former member of the Pussycat Dolls, recently did an interview in which she talked a little bit about touring with Britney. One of the things she said was:
“I actually got the honour seeing her as a mother and it was totally by accident, she was coming out her dressing room to go on stage. And she was with her two kids and I got to see her on a personal level and she is one of the most incredible mothers. And she had to get into a box to go out to the stage that no one could see her. So when she went in to the box she’s like ‘I’m gonna get into my box y’all’ and she gets in the box and her baby started crying so she got outta the box and then she went to console her child. It was really sweet to see that. And it’s really sad that the media doesn’t capture that. Because she really is an amazing mother.”

Having just flown into town the previous evening, Britney Spears was hard at work in Miami, Florida on Friday afternoon (January 29).
Wearing a pretty pink sweater while joined by her trusty security staffer, the “Womanizer” singer made her way to a recording studio to work on new material.

“Making their way cross-country, Britney Spears and Jason Trawick touched down in Miami, Florida on Thursday night (January 28).
Having flown out of LAX Airport in Los Angeles, the happy twosome walked side-by-side as paparazzi eagerly awaited their arrival.
The southern Florida getaway comes amidst persistent rumors telling that Miss Spears had been dumped by Mr Trawick.
The supposed reason behind the split was that Jason, who’s also her manager, found her to be too “manic and out of control”.”

Britney Spears has another asset to settle with ex-husband Kevin Federline – U.S. tax officials owe the couple more than $50,000. Records in the Louisiana State Department of Revenue indicate Spears and Federline are free to claim the sum at any time.
According to TMZ.com, the money comes from an interest fund stemming from an old income tax file or a jointly-owned Louisiana property the couple sold. The singer, who has two sons with the former back-up dancer, will have to agree with Federline how the money will be shared once they have claimed it.
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were married from 2004 to 2007. Federline recently said that depression caused by the separation led him to overeating. “A number of things between, I mean, everybody knows what happened with me and Brit,” he said. “I’m not going to say that’s the total cause of it but, I mean, just not being happy with myself was probably the main part of my depression.”
A smiling Britney Spears attended court Friday to auction a used dress. It has been speculated that she showed up in court to learn whether she has been freed from her father’s conservatorship rule, but the pop princess and dad Jaime actually asked permission from a judge to auction a dress for the Haiti relief fund.
Spears wore the said dress at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards, where she won three awards. Her camp asked the court permission to auction the item to benefit the Haiti relief.
It was not clear which one of the two silver outfits from the show would be auctioned, or when or how it would be sold.
Commissioner Reva Goetz approved the request.
Other items that are no “longer useful to Ms. Spears or her estate” were also approved for disposal.
The commissioner also reportedly wanted to see first hand how the 28-year-old singer was doing two years after she was put on conservatorship under her father.
Keith Urban has admitted that he dances to Britney Spears.
According to InStyle magazine, when Urban was asked backstage at the American Music Awards which song he could dance to for the rest of his life, he replied, “Britney Spears’ ‘3.’ It has an unbelievable production and arrangement, and she sounds killer on it.”
“Getting in some all-important bonding time with her boys, Britney Spears was spotted out and about in Calabasas, California last night (January 24).
Joined by boyfriend Jason Trawick as well as sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, the “Gimme More” songstress looked to be having a marvelous time.
The happy foursome headed out to a movie theater for some quality time together, with both boys looking rather stylish.

From there, Brit headed back home to get ready for a big day – as she has a rescheduled court date regarding her father’s control of her fortune this morning (January 22).
Recently telling press of the strides that she’s made in life, Spears said, “I’m learning to take better care of myself and not get stressed or down about things. I’m taking my time and not letting myself get under any pressure other than to just feel happy about myself and to work on my music. I want to show people I am a strong woman. I have a lot of great things ahead of me that I want to accomplish.””
