“Ke$ha clears up rumors that she dissed Britney Spears in a new song in this interview with the So You Think You Can Dance Australia team on Monday (March 22).

A leaked song called “Styrofoam” featuring K$, 25, appeared online recently and features the lyric “In ten years, Britney Spears … Britney, who?”

“Just to clarify, I didn’t write that bit,” K$ shared, “and that was from when I was fifteen – and there is a reason that song’s not on my record. I have to admit now I ever regret even singing that because I have mad respect for her.”

Hahaha no wonder. If she wrote that when she was 15, it’s been around 10 years now and Britney ain’t going anywhere.
But I’m still calling this one out as damage control. She should have kept it from leaking in the first place.

“Britney Spears is ready for the world to hear her new sound, which a source says will be “more energetic” than the last album.

A person familiar with the project tells X17online exclusively:

“Right after this year’s Grammy Awards, Britney met with all of the producers for her next album to explain the vibe she’s looking to capture. Brit, who is co-writing many of the songs, explained that she’s looking to give the new album a vibe like the song Get Naked from Blackout.”

Our source says that the pop princess, who we’re told is “not only a hard worker, but an incredible mother,” has recruited many of the same producers from her Blackout album like Bloodshy and Avant, Danger and Corte Ellis. According to the source, this new album “will be like Blackout times 100!”

X17online has learned that the album was set to be released this summer, but the project may now be pushed back. Our source says that very soon we’ll be hearing some new Britney on the radio.

Calls to Jive Records were not immediately returned.”

Words cannot describe how much I hope this will be true. “Get Naked (I Got A Plan)” is by far my favorite Britney track to date, and Blackout was the album that made me a Britney fan. It really was an amazing album that just came at an inopportune time.

“Britney Spears is once again a solo artist.

The 28-year-old pop princess and her talent-agent boyfriend Jason Trawick called it quits at the end of February after about a year of dating, a source exclusively tells E! News.

“They were fighting a lot and have not been getting along,” the source says.

William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, where Trawick plies his trade, confirmed Tuesday that the 38-year-old agent is still representing Spears. A rep for the blond-again Circus star has not yet responded to a request for comment.

Meanwhile, this isn’t the first time the business-and-pleasure-mixing duo have required some time apart.

Spears and Trawick cooled off over the holidays in December, but rekindled the flame in time to attend the Grammys together on Jan. 31, where Spears was nominated for Best Dance Recording for “Womanizer.”

They were last seen in public together on Valentine’s Day at a McDonald’s drive-thru in L.A.

“They both just needed to take a break from each other,” the source says. “It wasn’t working out.”

Just as it wasn’t the other time they split up within the last three months, but, as our insider says, reconciliation remains on the table.”
