Okay, so this isn’t directly related to Britney, BUT it could be useful for Britney fans. YouTube has decided to block certain countries from viewing music videos (I’m not sure why). Therefore, Britney’s new “If U Seek Amy” music video is unviewable on YouTube by a huge number of Britney fans, and therefore barely has any views, compared to her other videos.
I’ve done some research, and I found something which may work, so you all can view the music videos even if you reside in a “blocked” country.
Try this:
If the URL of the YouTube video is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEwD36Dk1jw – just replace the /watch?v= part with /v so your new URL becomes http://www.youtube.com/v/yEwD36Dk1jw
The other trick is that you type the YouTube video URL inside Google Translate and use this a Google Proxy Server.
If neither of these tricks work, let me know, and I’ll research further.
